LECTURER - REF: JKU/ADM/L/HN/2024

The candidate must:

Possess an earned PhD in either Food Service and Hospitality Management; Human Nutrition and Dietetics; or Food Science and Nutrition or their equivalents from a recognized academic institution
Possess an earned Master’s degree in either Food Service and Hospitality Management; Human Nutrition and Dietetics or Food Science and Nutrition or their equivalents and Bachelor’s degree in either Food Service and Hospitality Management; Human Nutrition and Dietetics or Food Science and Nutrition or their equivalents
Be registered with the Kenya Nutritionists & Dieticians Institute or a similar registered and recognized professional body.
Applicants who have at least two (2) years’ teaching and/or research experience at the university/ institution of higher learning after obtaining a Master’s degree will have an added advantage
