Job Description:
Brief description of duties and responsibilities.

Support the HR Department in the execution of various tasks and related projects.
Posting job adverts, assist in carrying out interviews by preparing interview documents, getting in touch with the job candidates   
Update and maintenance of records, staff data manually and on the HRIS 
Making applications for training to DIT and ensuring proper documentation during the application.

Competence/Skills required for task/job

Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field.
Experience using an ERP/HRIS system.
Excellent communicator who is self-driven.
Ability to manage stakeholders, maintain confidentiality and discretion
