Job Description

Coordinating and leading of all sales and marketing strategies and development.
Understand the business need of the organization, consumer needs, and identify current trends in the industry.
Research and develop marketing plans and suggest techniques that will actualize the goals of the organization.
Implement new sales plans, sales strategies, marketing, and advertising strategies.
Facilitate regular meetings with key clients, stakeholders, or partners within the business and externally to understand their needs.
Compile data and draft reports on current trends in the market.
Manage the marketing and sales team by organizing training, symposium and coaching them to meet team’s goals and objectives.
Implementing social media strategies.
Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
Ensure the organization stay current in the business trends by attending conferences and workshops.

Qualifications  

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in marketing, business administration or any related fields and a master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a must.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing and sales in tourism or hospitality.
Understanding the knowledge of sales and marketing.
Should have people management and leadership skills.  
Excellent communicator, with interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to coach and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed expectations.
