Candidate should have:

First degree in Engineering, Marketing or other relevant field.
Business development / management experience
A minimum of two years in management level position
Understanding of the oil & gas industry regulation
Good knowledge of bidding and tendering
Hands-on experience in CRM software and MS office
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Good understanding of sales performance metrics
