RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Processing orders, forms applications and requests.
• Keeping records of customers interactions.
• Ensuring customer's satisfaction.
• Managing a team of junior service representative.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Comfortable using computer
• Minimum of OND related fields
• Minimum of 1year experience related fields
• Ability to stay calm with customers
