Job Description
• Responsible for the development of traffic management of brand and product and services creatives to ensure achievement of MTN Ghana Marketing Communication KPI.

Key tasks
• Develop and implement tactical creative strategy • Liaise with all commercial divisions to brief agency (creative, digital and media present) – Manage briefing sessions with creative, digital and media agencies present and sign off brief on time. • Traffic Management of creative development with agreed priority – Agree brand priorities with key stakeholders and deliver to agreed schedule • Liaise with Trade Marketing team and all other internal stakeholders to provide creative support and ensure adherence to brand CI in all communications (internal & External Understand support required for BTL executions and provide support • Understand what is required from all stakeholders relating to brand and advertising and provide adequate support • Manage the provision of creative support for BTL activations • Manage traffic flow of creative development from Creative Agency side to break all campaigns on time Submit regular timely reports and recommendations to ensure targets are met. • Agree clear communications schedule with all key stakeholders and place per plan.Understand brand CI and ensure adherence of all relevant stakeholders. • Effectively manage creative agency by setting and monitoring clear KPIs on an annual basis. • Manage contract negotiations with agencies and ensure contracts with agencies are up to date. • Ensure opex spend is within approved budget limits. • Ensure all creatives are duly signed-off and comply with MTN communication standards and CI. Agree clear WOW with IT and other stakeholders. • The duties listed are not exhaustive and may be varied from time to time as dictated by the changing need of the business. • The post holder will be expected to undertake other duties as appropriate and as requested by his/her manager and Head of Department.
Qualification Required & Experience
Education:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Social Sciences or a related field of study.
Experience:
• 5 years in Brand and Integrated Marketing Communication operations. With at least 3 years in a supervisory role
