As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Nigerian market.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals
Handling of Pre Sales Enquiry, Offer Submission and sales process for K-Star UPS, Voltron Stabilizers and Sollatek AVR
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Identify new business opportunities and secure new contracts
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives

Competencies:

Proven track record of success in sales management
Strong knowledge of the power and energy industry, specifically in UPS systems OR Industrial Products / Diesel Generators/ High Value Power Electronics / Industrial Machines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales plans
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Or Diploma in Engineering. OR Bachelor Degree with MBA.
Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in Nigeria/ Minimum 7 -12 years exp
