Sales Generation & Prospecting


Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, nurturing relationships, and guiding prospects through the sales process from initial contact to conversion.
Conduct thorough research to identify target markets, industry trends, and competitor offerings, leveraging insights to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.
Tailor product recommendations and present compelling solutions that align with customers' interests, preferences, and budgetary considerations, effectively addressing objections and overcoming barriers to purchase.


Customer Relationships and Account Management


Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all their travel needs.
Proactively engage with customers to anticipate their evolving needs, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and position Ticketsasa as their preferred partner for future travel.
Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. documents required, visas and passports and keeping clients up to date with any changes
Liaising with airline partners to ensure routing and schedules are accurate.
Handle general inquiries for both internal and external customers and develop and maintain customer database to enhance customer loyalty and market intelligence
Providing online assistance for reservation, check in, payments to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Drafting invoices to ensure timely and accurate payment of issued tickets to both direct clients and corporates.


Must Have Job Requirements:


At least 3 years’ proven working experience as a travel consultant
Degree in hospitality, travel, tourism or related field and must have an IATA diploma
Experience with Sales, CRM, and Travelport (Gallileo)
