Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day warehouse operations activities, managing inbound and outbound logistics, resource allocation, and order fulfillment to maintain seamless workflows.
Maintain the highest standard of customer service by ensuring accurate order processing, on-time deliveries, and prompt resolution of inquiries or issues.
Implement robust inventory control measures to maintain accurate stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and minimize discrepancies.
Continuously monitor and enhance warehouse productivity metrics, driving a culture of improvement.
Optimize warehouse processes to reduce cycle times, elevating operational efficiency and order processing speed.
Minimize order lead times by optimizing processing workflows for faster customer delivery.
Champion a safety-oriented culture, tracking incidents and injuries to ensure a secure work environment.
Analyze and manage order processing costs, implementing strategies to enhance profitability.
Track metrics like picking accuracy and safety adherence to optimize employee productivity.
Identify areas for improvement and implement lean principles and best practices, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize operations, enhance inventory accuracy, and boost overall warehouse productivity.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Advanced Certificates in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in warehouse supervision and management
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Expertise in lean principles and process enhancement
Familiarity with health, safety, and security protocols
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
