Job Objective
• Responsible for Liability business growth, planning, lead SME Unit effectively to ensure achievement of Sales and profitability objectives
Key Duties
• Manage Liability portfolio and client relationships of SME Customers • Responsible for deposit mobilization and new clients account opening • Achieve agreed sales target as assigned by management • Provide highest level of customer service • Liaise with existing and prospective clients to provide banking advice on the products and services in line with the customers transactional, borrowing, saving and protection need • Responsible for cross referring the bank's solutions in order to meet customers present and latent need • Strict adherence to Sales Process and Sales Maximizers
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or post-graduate degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, international business or economics • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or in business development • Fluency in written and spoken English, Twi and any other local language • Must be between the ages of 25 years - 40 years at the time of application
Competencies & Skills
• Must be computer literate, with proficiency in T24 banking software and Microsoft office • Exceptional communication skills: proficient in written and verbal communication, able t articulate ideas clearly and persuasively with the ability to handle objections, reaching mutually beneficial agreements • An adept presenter who can effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences • Attentive listening skills in order to understand client needs and requirements • Analytical and strategic thinking: strong analytical skills to gather data, analyse market trends, and make data-driven decisions • Ability to think strategically, identify growth opportunities and develop effective plans • Negotiation and Sales Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques and sales strategies to cultivate strong client relationships and secure deals • Time management and Organisation: Excellent time management skills, handling multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively • Detail-oriented and organized in managing client information and sales data • Customer Service Orientation: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout sales
