The CNS Cloud & Cognitive business unit supports and operates communication service providers’ (CSP) and enterprise networks. This includes network infrastructure services and professional services for mobile networks and managed operations for fixed, mobile, IP and optical domains. This team is responsible  for  delivery of all managed services portfolio to our customers . Support presales team & Customer teams during new opportunities or existing renewals from a solution design perspective inorder to keep the solution and delivery lean in order to position Nokia's offer .

What you will learn and contribute to

CCS Market unit Delivery head is a management & leadership role within  Cloud & Cognitive Services Operations.
Leads the Delivery organization for the market unit CEWA ( Central East West Africa ).

As part of our team, you would be responsible for delivering the Managed Services contract with full ownership of P&L , actively manage the relationship with  both customer group as well as local opco executive operations management , work as a SPOC towards internal account team and work very closely with the  GDC and CCS global transformation teams for all matters related to managing the Managed services portfolio.
 This leadership role focusses on leading & managing 300+ people spread across  multiple countries
Ensure adherence to all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program) by Nokia operations

 Your skills and experience

Bachelor in Telecommunications / Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
20+ years of professional experience as  of which 5+ years in senior  level management role  in CSP and/or vendor organizations, with a successful track record.
Prior experience in handling operations as managed services lead or equivalent across multiple countries with customer or telco vendor.
Understanding of telecom market dynamics, customer Operational needs and challenges in telco operations in  MEA/CEWA region.
Successful track record of  customer  executive customer engagement and relationship.
Problem solving and ability to  communicate effectively  
Proven record of leadership and talent development.
