Insurance Sales Representative

We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives! In this exciting role, you'll play a key role in protecting our clients across Ghana by offering them the insurance products they need.

What you'll do:

Learn the ins and outs of our insurance products through a comprehensive one-month training program with a monthly salary.

Sell and market our insurance products to individuals and institutions throughout Accra and beyond.

Build relationships with clients and understand their needs to provide personalized recommendations.

Achieve sales targets and earn attractive commissions on top of your base salary of GHS 1,200 per month.

Attend weekly meetings at our Accra office for training, reporting, and collaboration.
