Brief Description        

The candidate will provide full secretarial and administrative support services to Line Maintenance section, to ensure efficient day to day operations.

Detailed Description        

Principal Accountabilities (Responsibility)

Maintain up to date maintenance staff records for all Line Maintenance staff.
Compile staff meal allowances and productivity allowances.
Prepare, compile & dispatch documents, correspondence, reports and presentations for efficient and effective communication.
Handle calls & attend to both internal and external customers.
Calendar management and preparation for meetings.
Develop, implement & maintain document management systems to ensure availability of up to date & accurate information.
Ensure availability of office supplies and equipment.
To communicate to business partners, staff and other stake holders for effective PR and customer relations.
Facilitate KAA inspection and process KAA Airside Stickers for Line Maintenance vehicles.
Coordinate KAA Airside Safety Training for the staff.
Prepare reports for Third Party Airlines handled by Line Maintenance NBO.

Job Requirements        

Qualification (Minimum)  

Diploma in Secretarial /Business Studies.
Excellent Communication / Interpersonal Skills.
IT Literacy.
3 years of relevant experience in a large organization or Service Organization.
