Requirements


A Masters Degree in the relevant field with at least 15 years post qualification experience administrative work, five (5) of which must have been served at the level of Senior Assistant Registrar grade 13 (Academics)
CS(K)
A relevant Bachelors degree from a recognized University
Must be a registered member of a recognized professional body
In addition all applicants must be proficient in computer applications packages
Postgraduate diploma in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
 A PhD in relevant field will be an added advantage


Duties and Responsibilities


Responsible for the overall and smooth running of various activities in the academic division within the University
Advice the University on all matters concerning academic division within the University
Responsible for setting and implementation of PC targets in the academic division within the University
Responsible for the adherence to the Quality Management Standards (QMS) for the implementation of the performance management system in the academic division within the University
Responsible for timely submission of reports
Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the strategic plan
Perform any other duties that may assigned by the supervisor
