Duties:

Assist with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to the management.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) 
⁠⁠Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations changes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.⁠⁠⁠
Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.⁠
Perform all other major task assigned by the management. Etc…

Qualification:

Hnd/Bsc

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years.
