Roles & Responsibilities:


Control the implementation of the standard operating procedures , quality audit (internal and external) and by continually monitoring it against the approved action plan.
Continuously developing employees’ skills.
Ensuring our agreed contractual KPIs with the clients and internal KPIs are met.
Ensuring the organization, the expertise and the means are in line with the objectives given by the Manager.
Ensuring the risk control framework is in place.
Evaluating the subordinate’s performance.
Implementing all actions to ensure minimal disbursements exposure (compliance classification procedures, application of proper billing and expenses posting to the files and manage the risk (focus on debit).
Implementing all actions to ensure minimal extra/ additional charge exposure.

Implementing good conditions of the case transfer in case of organization changes within the team.
Keeping the team informed of the changes/evolutions & communicate the necessary internal alignments, objectives.
Monitoring the quality of service provided to the clients.
Frequently reviewing the Standard Operating Procedure and ensuring alignment to serve customers.


Mininum Requirements:


Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Commerce, Business Administration or any other related field
Relevant proffessional cerfications
5+ years' experience in a busy Shipping industry with at least a 1 year experience in managing a team
