Responsibilities

Providing basic support on SAP PM Level 1 incidents with guidance from Partner SMEs
Coordinate interactions with the TD team on functionalities and improvements being deployed on the SAP PM CMMS
Support in scheduling and facilitating of weekly meetings for the Maintenance Centre of Excellence and the timely delivery of meeting minutes
Assist with cross-departmental or unit engagements on Maintenance Centre of Excellence operations
Prepare progress and confidential reports for the Maintenance Centre of Excellence operations
Support fully the technical and administrative tasks of ongoing and new Projects
Support inventory planning for management for the Maintenance Centre of Excellence
Responsible for Logistics Co-ordination for Project related efforts
Assist in the implementation of new programs, procedures, methods, and systems

Requirements

Minimum of a National Diploma certificate in the Sciences
Knowledge of office management and coordination
Awareness level of SAP ECC and/or S4 / HANA application and functions
Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing workload to complete multiple tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines
Work independently with minimal supervision
