You could run a STRTP for youth or adults

At least in California, there is additional state licensing requirements for therapists and social workers. Internships, supervised practice, and... examinations.

You can practice while awaiting these requirements but you must work under a licensed supervisor.

Alternative options are life coach, which has no requirements (at least in my state) but if you want to be a social worker or therapist, you have a few more hoops to jump through.
