Responsibilities

Inspect hotel grounds and equipment to ensure adherence to all safety standards
Develop routine and preventative maintenance strategies
Respond to staff and/or customer complaints and dispatch necessary personnel
Organize repair and renovation projects, create a budget, and oversee each project  
Act swiftly to resolve emergencies
Identify ways to conserve energy and reduce operating costs
Supervise technician and janitor staff, write schedules, and offer feedback
Develop and nurture relationships with service providers, contractors, and distributors  Maintain budget, expenses, and activity logs
