I would say: I believe in growing with the organization I join. My focus is to contribute meaningfully to the company and develop my skills in... alignment with its goals. If I see opportunities for growth and a supportive environment here, I wouldn't feel the need to look elsewhere. My priority is not just a better job but the right job where I can make a lasting impact and advance my career. more

  • Hahahaa, sounds funny but realistic. I will tell them when I touch a job it becomes what other people are craving for, I will not leave any job I am... in charge of because a job outthere is better. No, my production/output will determine the standard for the others to follow. I will deem it a failure on my performance and capability which is not in my dictionary, anyway, that some other outfit will be better than mine. Insha Allah.  more

…….. I have learned more about your company(company name) and I found out it had been my lifelong passio.

  • I would say with prestige of the company and the advancement opportunities you have here, there wouldn't be need/desire to go elsewhere
