Sales and Marketing Representative Needed.

A multinational company is searching for Senior Executive – Marketing, for its operation in Ghana. The Ghanaian base specializes in the importation and distribution of frozen fish. The company is based in the Tema Fishing Harbour area.

* Candidate must have the ability to understand and develop product knowledge. In this case, Frozen fish. Some experience in the sector will be an advantage.
* Must be capable and willing to travel across the country to develop and maintain relationship with customers, agents, brokers, franchise etc.
* Candidate must be commercially prudent and have the ability to do due diligence of the customers.
* Candidate must have a fair appreciation and knowledge of the country, it’s culture, communities, markets and districts.
* Candidate must be able present and develop new markets of our seafood products in retail as well as whole sale form.
* Must be hard working, ethical, honest, ambitious and great communication and negotiation skill. Candidates with years of experience in both marketing and seafood business will be preferred and meritorious candidates will also be considered despite background.

* Compensation will be made at par with candidate’s merits.
