Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. In this role, you will verify customer information, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports.

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Administrative Assistant to manage our purchase orders and invoices.
In this role, you will verify customer information, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports.
To ensure success, Administrative Assistants should have experience in a sales environment and administrative skills.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Implementing order processing/assuring Validity of order (valid order, conditions as regards customer/staff indebtedness, payment terms, etc).
Keeping records of sales and marketing activities.
Communicating new company sales policies to field force/customers as per Standard operation policy.
Database management and communicating via SMS to relevant groups. 

Requirements

BSC or HND in Business Administration or similar field preferred.
Previous experience in sales admin or a similar role.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Knowledge of administrative record keeping.
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft office suites
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must reside within Ajao Estate, Oshodi/Isolo, Ejigbo or Idimu Axis
