Duties and Responsibilities

Answer enquiries from the media and other organizations
Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs for relevant information and disseminate the same for appropriate action where necessary.
Disseminate County Government information to the population at the local level
Assist ward administrators and village administrators in public participation activities
Inform the public on County Government policies and interventions
Preform any other duties assigned by County information management officer

Requirements for Appointment

Be a Kenyan Citizen
Diploma in a relevant field from an institution recognized in Kenya
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage
At least 3 years’ relevant experience
Computer application certificate
