I hold a B.sc in Education from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and I have 4 years of experience with ACA in view. I have a deep understanding in reconciling accounts, supervising a team, applying relevant accounting standards were applicable and resolving reconciliation issues is essential. My experience has allowed me to develop effective follow-ups and escalations, both internal and external, in resolving outstanding reconciliation items, process and system issues, as per agreed SLA / reconciliation matrix with the use of PowerBI and SQL for efficiency in my job role.

In addition to my Settlement and Reconciliation experience, I have also been involved in continuous improving team productivity to the standards prescribed this has helped me stay current with the latest advancements in my field and has given me valuable insights that I bring into the organisation. I am committed to promoting critical improvement and possess a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements to optimize resources and enhance customer experience.
