About the job
The ICRC Administration Unit is seeking two competent Housekeeper Team Leaders to join our team in Kyiv. The two Housekeeper Team Leaders will work together, supervising a team of housekeepers and ensuring that ICRC premises are clean and in order.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure proper and timely provision of housekeeping services (office, apartments, warehouse)
- Lead, supervise, support, and guide a team of housekeepers
- Organize work schedules for housekeepers
- Ensure that all housekeepers are adequately equipped and instructed
- Manage and deliver the stock of cleaning-related products and keep related statistics and files properly
- Provide instructions and supervise the housekeeping team in organizing tea/coffee breaks for internal meetings during usual office hours
- Manage the supply and distribution of all stocks and inventories, including coffee break items, drinking water, cleaning materials and stationery, contingency stock, etc.
- Manage the inventories of the ICRC office and residences.
- Ensure that the replenishment is organized on time and all corresponding documents are prepared and submitted for validation promptly and accordingly
- Ensure that all consumption statistics are recorded and adequately kept
- Take up the responsibilities as a housekeeper as needed

About you
To be successful as a Housekeeper Team Leader in the Administration Unit, you should possess the following qualifications and experiences and have the following characteristics:
- Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine
- Primary school education
- At least one year of work experience as domestic staff
- Knowledge of basic hygiene procedures and principles
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork and humanitarian principles
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently, as well as effectively under supervision
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work within a diverse team and establish and maintain good working relations in a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary environment
