Job Summary:
The Head, Client Relations is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's interactions with its clients, with a strong focus on driving sales growth. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, foster strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of client relationship management, and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall client relations strategy in alignment with the company's goals, with a particular focus on sales growth.
Lead and manage the Client Relations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Address and resolve client issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Develop and implement strategies to prevent recurring issues.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute client acquisition and retention strategies.
Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing clients and attract new clients.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client relations and sales.\
Provide regular updates to senior management on client relationship status, sales performance, and progress.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations, sales, account management, or a similar role, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.
Proven track record of developing strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Microsoft Office Suite.
