Job Description
Responsibilities:

Create and close product sale transactions to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Recognize business opportunities by identifying prospects (individual/corporate) and evaluating their position in the industry
Find clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations
Consult with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns
Analyze market trends and demographics to identify opportunities
Maintain an extensive database of all properties for sale and document determining factors
Develop strategies to increase the value of properties
Conduct negotiations with clients on behalf of the company
Communicate with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents
Establish and maintain positive client/partner relationships
Recommend business and real estate solutions

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong negotiation skills
