Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (Master's degree or CPA K certification is a plus).
Proven experience as an accountant or accounting coordinator, preferably in a diverse business group environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Knowledge of relevant accounting software and ERP systems.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across departments.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.


Experience:


Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
2. Experience in coordinating accounting activities across multiple business areas such as real estate, pharmaceuticals, and commodity trading.
3. Hands-on experience with financial statements, general ledger functions, and month-end/year-end close processes.
4. Experience in financial analysis, budget preparation, and variance analysis.
5. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
6. Experience in liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities.


Skills:


Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data.
Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex accounting issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Education and Training:


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification such as CPA K (Certified Public Accountant K) is a plus.
Training in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
