Key roles/Responsibilities:

Work closely with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up accordingly- anticipate CEO’s needs in advance of meetings and prepare high level briefs.
Serve as the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to the CEO including those of a highly confidential and critical nature.
Support the CEO in preparing information for meetings and interviews. Design and utilize data to generate reports and power point presentations.
Management of the CEO’s diary – Prioritize inquiries and requests.
Liaising with donors and other key stakeholders on high-level matters.
Ability to organize daily workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate and assist with executive and senior management meetings recording of minutes.
Provide hospitality to all guests and create a welcoming environment.
Making travel arrangements for the CEO and other Senior Executives.
Knowledge, experience, and qualifications required

Academic & Professional Qualifications:

A Master’s degree in the relevant field.
Bachelor’s degree in business related course or any other relevant field from a university recognized in Kenya.
Membership to any professional body will be an added advantage.

Experience required:

At least 8 years executive support experience including supporting c-level executives.
Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Maintain high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Technical & Behavioral competences:

IT savvy -working knowledge of SharePoint, Teams.
Organizational and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
