Job Summary

We are seeking a  customer service officer to manage our front office operations and provide pre-sales and after-sales support to our prestigious clients. The Customer Service officer is responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience . The role holder will resolve customer inquiries, identify prospective clients and contribute to marketing campaigns. Core functions include customer relations, customer database management, invoicing, and stocktaking.

Job Description

Responsibilities: 


Ensure outstanding customer service by promptly resolving phone and in-person inquiries.
Facilitate measurement taking, amendments, and delivery of fabrics to the workshop.
Update clients on the status of garment production and share information on new stock and customer bonus schemes.
Prepare and assign garment production schedules to tailors & finishers.
Maintain contact registry of vendors and promptly call for their services when required.  
Prepare invoices and receipts, as well as actively follow up on full payment from clients prior to the final delivery date.
Facilitate stocktaking of fabrics.


Requirements: 


Minimum work experience length between 3-5 years 
Outstanding English level (Fluently speaking and written).
Good Customer Management skill
Effective communication skills are required (oral, written, and computer).
Excellent customer service skills are necessary along with the ability to create and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
The ability to multi-task and adapt to change is critical.
