Duties and Responsibilities

Take on and manage process transformation projects for the group, applying innovative solutions to optimize processes, improve efficiencies, effectiveness, costs and timings.
Evaluate, define, and document processes and procedures, propose innovative solutions to achieve improvement and provide added value.
Develop and manage pilot testing, , prototypes , define Key Performance Indicators  (KPIs), monitor results and implement best practices.
Provide support and guidance when necessary during implementation, ensure compliance with deadlines, mobilize necessary resources, monitor and ensure results.
Identify, document and disseminate innovations in the county public service.

Requirements for Appointment

Be a Kenyan Citizen
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution
Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage
At least three (3) years' experience in Public Service Reforms and Transformation
Computer Proficiency certificate
