Bayer Ltd, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of Administrator of electronic document flow (software “VCHASNO”, “MEDoc”, “Art- Zvit”)
Major tasks and responsibilities: 
- Administration of databases "Vchasno", “Art-Zvit” and "MEDoc"
- Support and development new technical tasks for integration with SAP (P4S/P08)
- Input changes into the organization of storage of electronic documents on the server
- Development/update of procedures for electronic document flow in company
- Providing access for users in the systems according to the company's business processes
- Creation of roles, shortcuts, routes and additional parameters for documents
- Conducting trainings for users and partners
- Designing the templates for document flow
- Cooperation with contractors, control and exchange of documents
- Preparation of official letters of companies
- Tracking system updates and informing users about new settings and features

Skills, experience and qualifications: 
- High education (technical) 
- Experience in support of software for using electronic document flow from 1 year 
- Understanding the process of electronic document management:
- regulatory aspects, 
- types of documents and their purpose. 
- the advantage will be the experience of support and work with the service "Vchasno", “Art-Zvit” and "MEDoc"
- level of English pre-intermediate
