RESPONSIBILITIES
-Market the company product (loan)
-Identify new customers
-Register new customers
-Appraise their businesses to establish ability to pay
-Demand and collect loans from existing and new customers
-Undertake general correspondence with customers
-Prepare loan statements for customers
-Prepare loan agreements and make sure all customers have duly executed loan agreements.
-Visit customer business premises regularly to monitor business operations and ensure compliance
-Willingness, availability to attend office on Saturdays.
-Ready to undertake other duties as given from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
-KCSE -Minimum (C PLAIN)
-Certificate, Diploma in sales, marketing or related field
-Proficiency in computer applications
-Conversant with social media applications
COMPETENCIES
-Practical experience in money lending business.
-Self driven
-Ability to deal with difficult customers
-Ability to work through teams
-Quick learner
-Good communication skills
STARTING GROSS SALARY -20,000 PM
