Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding tax matters and build strong client relationships.
Oversee the preparation and review of various tax returns, including corporate, partnership, individual, and other tax forms.
Work closely with clients to develop effective tax strategies that align with their business goals and objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with other departments within the audit firm, such as the audit and advisory teams, to provide integrated services to clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
A master’s degree in taxation or a relevant discipline is preferred.
Must be a CPA (K) or ACCA Finalist
Minimum of 7 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in an audit firm or professional services environment.
Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience in tax planning, research, and advisory services.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and provide practical solutions.
Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to manage and develop a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Proficiency in tax software and other relevant tools.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
