Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry.
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and coordinate job offers.
Manage onboarding processes for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Performance Management:
Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Support managers in developing and coaching employees.
Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
Track and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Prepare and present reports on HR activities and trends.
Health & Safety:
Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
5+ years of experience in human resources in the manufacturing field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Work Environment:
This position is based in a manufacturing plant and may require occasional long hours
Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
