When it comes to salary issues during interviews, you must studied clearly what the JD for that position stipulates in that company, secondly, be... intentional in researching on what people in similar roles earn.
Always give the panelists a range of what you would love to receive.

Giving the employer a number, even a salary range, reduces your negotiation ability. When asked my salary requirements I answer that I am supporting a... family of X and my goal is for me to allow my family to provide for my family in manner that allows us to take advantage of all the benefits and opportunities that living in this community afford us. more
