Am I suppose to say out my Salary if the interviewer asked me how much i need for my salary?

    As for me, you need to ask for more than you currently earn or the same (a lettle bit more) than the salary indicated in the vacancy.

  • When it comes to salary issues during interviews, you must studied clearly what the JD for that position stipulates in that company, secondly, be... intentional in researching on what people in similar roles earn.
    Always give the panelists a range of what you would love to receive.
    In HR management, salary negotiation is allowed so once you are successful you can still negotiate with the employer once you'r given an offer letter.

    But of course I... make sure I dig deeper into the company salary scales. more
