Job Details


Ensures trucks are properly inspected and positioned on weighbridge platform before weighing.
Conduct regular internal weight verification check, daily weighbridge inspection and report any abnormality/fault to the Tank Farm Manager.
Keeps the weighbridge office and surrounding clean in line with GMP and 5s philosophy.
Takes accurate and adequate records of all activities in weighbridge office using the necessary form or log book in line with PZ Wilmar FSMS policy.
Troubleshoots minor problems like restarting Delphi, desktop, etc.
To perform all tasks in line with laid down QMS, GMP, GHP, HACCP and FSMS policies.
To comply with all safety rules and regulations in the weighbridge and companywide.
To ensure compliance with relevant QMS, Food Safety, OHS & EMS policies and procedures.
To identify and rate aspects of the departmental activities and develop programs where necessary, to help control those aspects that could have adverse impact on the environment.  


Requirement


Minimum of First Degree
2-5 year work experience in a similar position
Proactive and able to implement continual improvement program
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the particular field
