Job Summary:
A client relations officer serves as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding investment migration programs. He/She is required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s services. They are also required to communicate and relate with clients or leads given with the aim to close the deal as well as following up on clients after the deal is closed through their application process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of service to clients including processing of applications and transactions.
Calling and following up with Leads;
Scheduling regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied;
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate;
Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services
works diligently to meet up set sales and revenue targets.
Case officer (Documentations for clients)
Train new staffs
The case officer will rotate between working from home and coming to the office. Although 40% of the time ie (2 days in a week) they’ll work from home and come to the office other days during the week and when required for general meetings/ training as well as bringing clients or leads they’ve been interacting with to meet with the head of department or CEO when required .
Preparing reports on client feedback, issues and satisfaction levels to management to continually improve service quality and client experience.

Educational Qualification: at least Bsc
Key Competence:

Must have experience in sales department as well as key relations and communication skills.
Should speak well.
