1. Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.

2. Assist sales team in business acquisition, planning, retention, and management.

3. Develop and update client related reports.

4. Managing client relationships to build a reputation of excellent service and generate repeat business.

5. Negotiate and manage agreements through offer letters and contracts.

6. Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve client issues.

7. Act as the point of contact for complaints and escalation.

8. Study competition to find new ways to retain clients.

9. Collaborate with sales, project, finance, and management teams to address customer’s needs.

10. Complete paperwork for all transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible.

11. Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary.

12. Ensure each transaction complies with in-house pre-approved product features.

13. Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including site inspections and documentation.

14. Help organize agent’s events and client engagement forums.

15. Deliver concierge-level customer service to our developers, homeowners, buyers and mortgage banks to improve satisfaction ratings.

16. Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry.
