Develop and run educational programs
Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies and the public
Attend meetings and scheduling appropriate staff team building sessions.
Ensure budget and resources are well allocated.
Keep track of student successes and failures and preparing appropriate interventions.
Manage school security, caretakers, and other ground staff
Assist with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new teachers
Assist in the creation of the school curriculum
Implement actions that improve the school and the quality of education (e.g. building renovations, new guidelines for students)

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in education, administration or relevant field
At least 5 years proven experience as Head of Administration in a school environment
Knowledge of administrative processes of schools
Excellent leadership, organizational, management
Proficient in Microsoft suite
Ability to work independently and reliably
Good judgment and decision-making aptitude
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Good attention to details
