RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond in a timely manner to customers issues within the stipulated SLA
Offer on demand immediate technical support to customers, shop sales team and the sales support agents
Work collaboratively with system developers to identify and fix emerging system issues
Identify and automate repetitive day to day tasks to ensure systems support efficiency
Extract and share system reports as requested by various departments
Perform minor development work as assigned by IT manager from time to time
Monitor Onfon Mobile IT systems to ensure 99.99% service uptime for excellent service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer science or related field
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming concepts e.g. Python, Javascript, Node
Proficiency in Database Management Systems particularly MySQL
Proficiency in Linux systems administration
Ability to offer IT support to tech users
Self driven and proactive
Willingness to work in shifts
Proficiency in Amharic and English languages
