My husband asked me to officially work for him. I'm still wondering if I can handle an 8-hour work day? What would you do?

  • IMO, you shouldn't work for him, you should officially own part of the business (change share % on government documents) and work for the business.... Consult a lawyer and get insurance to minimize risks.  more

  • Working from home? Any kids? Are they still young enough to require child care? Will you be able to work together as a team? Will you still be able to... separate work issues from home issues and vice versa? Could this somehow have a negative effect on your marriage? more

  • Wow that's great.Having considered you the first option means a high level of trust and confidence. An opportunity to scale it up and an opportunity... to bind as a family as you continue or sustain family business. With open hands take it up and prove you are worth it . • You can handle it actually, you just need to be skillful and have a deep understanding between your duties and responsibilities to him as a worker and... as a wife. Once that is sorted, you're good to go.
Lastly, I would advice you take the job, it will help build the level of your emotional intelligence

    Thank you
