Support Sales Agent (“Agent”) recruitment, training and log in creation.
Maintain responsibility for monitoring of active Agents monthly and maintaining a database of these Agents.
Provide administrative support to The Branch and Agents.
Maintain the role of being the first contact point for all incoming clients, prospective clients, visitors, and telephone callers.
Attend to all incoming calls and deal with them in the appropriate manner.
Direct clients and visitors to the correct person.
Record relevant details/information of all walk-in clients.
Provide a high level of service to customers.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers, regardless of the outcome of a sale.
Customers: ensure that the highest possible standard of customer service is maintained at all points of customer contact by maintaining a high standard and monitor and investigate customer complaints through the customer query register, identifying the root causes and addressing them at source to prevent recurrence.
Premises and Assets: ensure you help always maintain company premises and assets by helping to maintain a safe environment; keeping housekeeping to a standard and make changes where necessary and to ensure that all equipment is up to a safe
Ensure that office sundries and stationery are available and replenished in time whilst being mindful of the budget allocations.
