JOB SUMMARY

The Field Marketer will be responsible for promoting the company’s services to owners and developers of apartment buildings, as well as to existing landlords facing challenges in managing their properties. The Field Marketer will be the face of the company in the field, driving engagement, building relationships, and securing new business opportunities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, including apartment building owners, developers, and landlords.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective marketing strategies.
Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and landlords through regular site visits, meetings, and presentations.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their property management challenges.
Develop and implement field marketing campaigns to promote the company’s property management services.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Build and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders, such as real estate agents, brokers, and contractors.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress reports.
Provide regular feedback to the marketing and management teams on client needs, market trends, and campaign performance.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Coordinate with the property management team to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in field marketing, sales or a related role in the real estate industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Good understanding of the real estate market and property management services.
Proficiency in CRM software.
