Job Description:
TrackPro Logistics is seeking dedicated and responsible Dispatch Riders to join our logistics team. This role involves delivering packages efficiently and safely across the Lagos metropolis and the border town with Ogun state on motorbikes. Ideal candidates should have strong navigation skills (ability to use google map on a smartphone is a plus), a keen sense of responsibility, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
• Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers across Lagos and border towns in Ogun state
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for prompt deliveries.
• Verify delivery information, including addresses and contact numbers.
• Maintain communication with the dispatch office regarding delivery updates.
• Handle packages with care to ensure they arrive in good condition.
• Conduct basic motorbike maintenance checks (e.g., oil, brakes, lights) and report any issues.
Requirements:
• Valid motorbike license and a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role is a plus.
• Knowledge of city routes and a good sense of direction.
• Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a polite demeanour.
• Must be physically fit and comfortable riding in various weather

conditions.
• Smartphone with navigation apps is mandatory.
