Key job responsibilities

Develop strategy in collaboration with stakeholders to scalably recruit sellers
Effectively communicate strategy, verbally and in writing, to business leadership
Manage end-to-end execution of multiple projects and campaigns, tracking and reporting on key milestones
Develop content to build awareness, seller education and deliver in a scalable way
Define goals and measurement with granularity to conduct data-driven evaluation on the effectiveness of each marketing activity
Build mechanisms to measure performance and communicate insights
Earn trust from internal and external partners, balancing contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment
Work with regional and global teams to share ideas, best practice and results to contribute other market’s growth

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of SQL at the intermediate level
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
