About the role
Burn is looking for a Market Research Project Officer who will be involved in managing active research projects, focusing on producing regular deliverables, interpreting analyses, and using analysis software.
Duties and Responsibilities
Overseeing daily project workload, adhering to SOPs, and supporting the manager in generating insights.
Project management - ensure high-quality stakeholder service, cost efficiency, and timely completion.
Project operations - data handling and logistics, and managing data collection teams by handling contracts, payments, and duty fulfilment.
Documenting contracts and payout plans.
Assisting in project setup with tool translations, route planning, and sample area selection.
Preparing cost estimates and budgets, managing funds for field operations, and conducting reconciliations.
Data analysis, insight generation, and report writing to conclusively meet study objectives.
Skills and Experience
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related course
Proven experience in managing multiple tasks and coordinating research activities, including survey design, data collection methods, preparing project budgets, and analysis.
Proficiency in analysis software and data management tools, with strong command of MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and familiarity with project management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, team-oriented and problem-solving skills.
