We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Phone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, assisting patients with inquiries, scheduling, and providing relevant information regarding services and procedures.

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage patient appointments, ensuring accurate entry of details into the system, confirming appointments, and assisting with rescheduling as necessary.

Patient Interaction: Provide outstanding customer service by interacting with patients in a friendly, caring, and empathetic manner. Address patient concerns and assist them in navigating office policies and procedures.

Filing and Document Management: Organize and maintain patient files, ensuring all information is accurately documented and readily accessible. Follow strict confidentiality protocols in accordance with healthcare privacy regulations.

Online Appointment Management: Oversee the scheduling of appointments via online platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations while providing clear communication to patients regarding their appointments.

Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties, including data entry, office organization, and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a dental office is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize efficiently.
- Knowledge of medical office software and appointment scheduling systems is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
