Job description

Manage daily orders and communication with kitchen staff for food preparation, delivery partners for food delivery and customers for updates and feedback.
Work closely with the Branch Manager to review operational metrics. Work towards continuous improvement of various metrics.
Manage and grow sales on our various food delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, Bolt Food, Jumia Food and Glovo.
Manage our various organic order channels (walk-in customers, orders received via calls/WhatsApp/ANDO Food Delivery App)

Requirements

2+ years work experience in the F&B industry at restaurants such as ArtCaffe, Java House etc
Customer service mind-set
Attention to detail
Hungry for growth

Good communication and networking skills
