We are looking to hire an experienced ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER to help drive the company activities.

As an Admin Manager you are responsible for overseeing and managing the daily administrative operations of an organization to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. This position requires a strong understanding of business operations, leadership skills, and the ability to drive initiatives that promote growth, efficiency, and profitability.

To ensure success as an admin  manager you should have strong knowledge of modern corporate governance and management, Human resource experience, passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Management


Supervising office operations and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Managing office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment.


2. Staff Supervision and Coordination


Leading and supporting administrative staff.
Assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
Conducting performance evaluations and training for administrative personnel.


3. Policy Implementation and Compliance


Developing and enforcing administrative policies and procedures.
Ensuring the organization complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
Handling confidential information securely.


4. Budget and Financial Management


Managing the administrative budget, including expenses for supplies and services.
Negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers.
Monitoring expenditures and cost-saving initiatives.


5. Communication and Coordination


Acting as a liaison between departments, employees, and senior management.
Handling correspondence, reports, and official documents.
Ensuring smooth internal and external communication.


6. Facility and Asset Management


Overseeing office space allocation and maintenance.
Ensuring proper maintenance of office assets, equipment, and IT infrastructure.
Coordinating with facility management teams for repairs and upgrades.


7. Risk Management and Safety


Implementing workplace health and safety policies.
Conducting risk assessments and ensuring emergency preparedness.
Managing security protocols for the office premises.


8. Vendor and Contract Management


Selecting and managing relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
Negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.
Reviewing vendor performance and making recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.  
Proven experience as a Corporate Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results.
Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
High ethical standards and commitment to corporate responsibility.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CMA) are a plus.
